We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before its scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service booked. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations to provide an opportunity for others to take your reserved slot. When reasonable notice (24 hours or more) is given, no additional charges will apply.
Our establishment has found it necessary to implement a stringent cancellation policy due to a significant number of no-shows. These unfulfilled appointments have had a substantial impact on the income of our dedicated staff members and our small business. We allocate these appointments especially for you, and when you can't make it, we want to extend the opportunity to someone else.
